How We Build Your Perfect Website
Phase 1: Discovery
During Discovery we gain an understanding of your business needs, objectives, how your website fits into your marketing strategy and what features it will need. This and the Planning phase are the most crucial phases in building a website for your business.
Phase 2: Planning
In the planning phase, your assigned Creative and Business Teams collaborate to complete a competitor analysis to ensure we build your site to compete in your market. Then they define a roadmap and start building. We believe in the “measure twice, cut once” philosophy.
Phase 3: Build
This is the fun part. We use everything we’ve learned about your business, and your competitors to design and build your website. This is where the rubber meets the road and our Creative Team goes to work to build you something awesome.
Phase 4: Review
In the Review phase, your Account Manager reviews your website with you to ensure it aligns with your brand. You’ll have an opportunity to provide updated content if you choose. At the end of your review, we schedule your launch date and window and start preparing for launch.
Phase 5: Launch
This is the most existing phase in the process. Your website will be launched, which includes any domain configurations necessary with your Domain Registrar. Once your site is live, your Account Manager will notify you via email, and our Success Team starts post-launch protocols.
Phase 6: After Launch
After your site is launched, Backups, Monitoring, Security and website forms are tested again for sanity. While our process is designed to prevent issues from arising, our Success Team manually checks everything to ensure your post-launch experience is a great one.
